Cancellation and Return Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations and returns as simple as possible. Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Due to the nature of groceries and perishable items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our customer support team within [24/48] hours of delivery. We may request photos or order details to help us resolve the issue.
If a return or cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [5–7 business days], depending on your payment provider. Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our service.
Perishables items are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of quality issues or errors on our part.
Twentysuperb Supermarket reserves the right to refuse cancellations or returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
